Stay away from Agora Financial! I paid Alan Knuckman $2000 to recommend options.

After many weeks of losses, I gave up. I’m retired, and a $3000 loss is substantial. Agora Financial is nothing but a hyped up sales organization. I would gladly participate in a class action suit if presented with the opportunity.

Their no refund policy is a complete sham! Stay Away!

Perhaps you should no longer address complaints to the NY AG to "Eric Schneidermann", but simply to the Attorney General...

If you think you have been defrauded, contact the United State's Attorney's Office for your District. You can start with Chief Kathleen Gavin, c/o Fraud and Corruption Section, c/o United States Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland, 36 S.

Charles Street , 4th Fl., Baltimore, MD 21201; tel.: 1-410-209-4800; or contact the United States Attorney's Office, 1 St. Andrew's Plaza, New York City, NY 10007; tel.: (212) 637-2200. In addition, Maryland's Attorney General Brian Frosh is a good contact, c/o Maryland Attorney General’s Offices, 200 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD 21202; Main number: 1- 410-576-6300; email:; as is New York State Attorney General Eric T.

Schneiderman, c/o Office of the Attorney General, The Capitol, Albany, NY 12224-0341; tel.: 1-800-771-7755; These Federal and state agencies are staffed and funded to investigate and, if appropriate, litigate.--
