I signed up a couple of months ago and then realised that the information wasn't relevant in New Zealand. I tried emailing on the emails provided and got an auto response to say that the customer service email link is not monitored.
Never got a response. Then I tried contacting on the unsubscribe links and different customer service emails. Auto generated emails note that some one will be in touch and nothing. I tried the phone number and it was the wrong number.
My account has been debited and I can't see in my account where my visa number is recorded so can't delete it so that they can't take more money on the next auto renew!
I even googled the address to see if I could find a real number and get sent to a random link. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
