I signed up a couple of months ago and then realised that the information wasn't relevant in New Zealand.I tried emailing on the emails provided and got an auto response to say that the customer service email link is not monitored.
Never got a response. Then I tried contacting on the unsubscribe links and different customer service emails. Auto generated emails note that some one will be in touch and nothing. I tried the phone number and it was the wrong number.
My account has been debited and I can't see in my account where my visa number is recorded so can't delete it so that they can't take more money on the next auto renew!
I even googled the address to see if I could find a real number and get sent to a random link.If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
