I paid $5,000 for a lifetime membership which was supposed to have given me access to each and every advisory service they publish. That is not the case, however, In order to read a certain report, They want me to subscribe to a new service.
I am getting zero reports nowadays from about 9 subscriptions I already have, either on email or in the postal mail. When I called yesterday, it took 20 minutes to get a customer service representative on the line to talk to. Then she couldn't find my account until I badgered her a bit.
Then I was told I would have to subscribe separately to the service I wanted. She didn't know anything about my lifetime membership account
