I paid $5,000 for a lifetime membership which was supposed to have given me access to each and every advisory service they publish. That is not the case, however, In order to read a certain report, They want me to subscribe to a new service.

I am getting zero reports nowadays from about 9 subscriptions I already have, either on email or in the postal mail. When I called yesterday, it took 20 minutes to get a customer service representative on the line to talk to. Then she couldn't find my account until I badgered her a bit.

Then I was told I would have to subscribe separately to the service I wanted. She didn't know anything about my lifetime membership account

It's the hard way, but at least you're learning.

"Lifetime memberships" mean their lifetime, not yours.

It also applies to programs as specifically set forth from Day-1.

Adds, ups, and extras come later.
