Dear consumer, I would like to sincerely apologize for the lack of service your experienced this morning. We did experience a glitch when sending out today's webinar link which caused our phone and email volume to spike.

We were able to correct the problem quickly and sent out a new link by email. Even if you canceled today it should still have reached your inbox. If for any reason you did not receive it please contact me directly and I will be happy to provide you a new link. Please keep in mind we record and provide transcripts to all of our webinars.

This allows our customers to listen or read the information at their convenience. I wish we were able to fix the issue in time to meet your expectations. In regards to the time frame it takes to receive a refund back; most refunds take up to 24 hours to process. We state 5-7 business days for refunds on our order forms to allow us time to process check as well as credit card refunds.
