It never happened. You guys have lost a lot of credibility with me.

The (small tech company) that was to announce a breakthrough on Alzheimer research never happened. So, what happened? Agora really dropped the ball on this one. Misleading investors on this important information was pathetic.

Ray Blanco is totally avoiding the issue and is now trying to sell potentially bad penny pot stocks.

I would have more respect for these guys, if they would just fess up and say they made a bad call. Nothing is for certain in the stock market, but when you make an announcement on a specific date and it never takes place, you have a responsibility to the public to correct your statement. Agora keeps carrying on like nothing never happened. Talk about fake news.

Product or Service Mentioned: Agora Financial Advertisement.

Reason of review: Misleading information.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Agora must correct their statements to the public on the March 13th announcement.

The SEC is always interested in Agora's "wait for announcement on x"-kind of promotions. (Google "Stansberry fraud complaint"....
