Misleading presentation

Unfortunately I listened to a presentation on Friday Aug 3, 2018. The presentation was given by Zach Scheidt Contract Income Alert. The presenters are masters at masking the service with the right financial "buzz" words: almost risk free investing, will deliver great yearly income, simple to do. I guess if I was a financial wizard I would understand what kind investment was being sold. The implication was that the income from buying what he advises you will be comfortable with the income with very little risk. They don't let you know what the service is all about so you could make an informed decision unless you pay. They must be afraid of not getting subscribers if they knew the details. The presentation was deceptive and vague in what it was offering and that generally leads to dissatisfied customers, like me. Now after reading the basic information of the service I find out that is all about buying BONDS that issue a dividend every 6 months. Now unless you have a ton of money you won't be able to buy enough shares to get much of an income from those bonds. On top of that you only get one recommendation a month. If you aren't already wealthy and can invest $1,000's each month it will take years just to recoup the subscription price. I called Elite Customer Service to ask for a refund now that I understood what the service involved. I was told that I had agreed to the $1250 nonrefundable subscription and it was impossible to refund the $1250. I asked why because it wasn't like I had gotten 25 tips and was trying to get the service for free. I was then told it was because I had recently gotten a refund of a nonrefundable subscription, one that wasn't delivering what was promised. WHAT DO YOU KNOW, THEY WILL REFUND A NONREFUNDABLE SUBSCRIPTION. Then to add insult to injury I received a post card today that told me that a subscription (which I don't even own) was set for auto renewal next month for $2000. I may have to cancel the credit card they have on record, so they can't dip into it anytime they feel like it.

By law this is a contract and you have 72 hours to cancel. Their ad is very deceptive and they don't tell you that to get the six figures you need about $120,000 a year that can be tied up!

Sounds like a case for your state's Attorney General or the fraud division of your district's U.S. Attorney's Office.

Recently Mr Knuchman or colleagues/companies associated with him since it has been known to frequent different financial groups) provided a summary of his recent dealings. I replied to his information and reminded him of the various losing ventures from the early April...

WoW! You mean these folks are still in business?

Should there not be some kind of investigation into these dubious practices? But I mean really...if you knew how to make 200%, 500%, or 10X your money, would you be selling newsletters?

Or would you be quietly raking it in?? Having said that, that does not give anyone the right to exploit someone's gullibility or greed.

25 winners in a row with a wink.

25 winners in a row have been closed - but not disclosed were that all the losers were being held instead of selling for a loss. The losses piled up and they then released approximately 6 losers. This fact was not shared or disclosed so who would not subscribe. I did and am in the losing column now. The claim that you can become a millionaire in 42 days is possible but not very probable. As soon as I paid my 2,000.00 they e mailed me that I overpaid and they would upgrade me for a lifetime subscription for another 3000.00. I did not take the offer. Nor would I have taken the first subscription if I knew that there were other losing recommendations in between the 25 winners.

Are These really rich investors ?

1.0
Details
It is puzzling that real rich stock/analysts who have made so much and genuinely want to help RETIREES would join on an advertising campaign and probably intentionally bombard your email with so many reports that they must know many won't be able to go through; just to get money for recommendations that do not produce what their videos promise. If genuine they should stop the dizzying promotion of one another They should be upfront about how much you need to join or benefit from these programs they recommend. Alert that certain brokerage level trading is required etc. and CERTAINLY these fees should be refundable or at least a certain amount should be. Perhaps the greed underlying all this is why their wealth has not satisfied them yet?

I've been receiving emails from them Agora, warning me about the upcoming crisis. Of course they, like so many others that try to frighten you and prey on your feelings just want your money. They're part of the problem, not the solution and should be ashamed of themselves.

Ripoff Service

I signed up for “Project Prophecy” by Jim Ricards through this company in January 2018 based on their marketing video claiming to make $5000 to $10,000 every two weeks. It encourage me to signup for the yearly subscription for $2000. Since January until now (June 15, 2018) this service has not delivered what it claimed. I called them to cancel the service and asked for refund, they told me they cannot cancel or refund the money. This is a fraud. Company is creating misleading marketing video to attract the customer. I should warn the people about purchasing their product and service. Mehta

Where did they go?

I've signed up and PAID for several of their programs and subscriptions and have not received ANY information from any of them. When I go to their site, I see many of the things I should be getting but they aren't in 'my subscriptions'....AND when you DO get a snippet of an email, it's ultimately selling another program I'll never see. My bank said to file a dispute. I'm a manic depressive and I did all this before I was put on medication. I can validate that through my Doctors and my mother just passed away and I've been quite insane indeed. AGORA DOES NOT COME THROUGH WITH ANYTHING I PURCHASED. There were physical items I was expecting, books, tools, etc and have received nothing. I am filing a dispute with my credit cards for each and every one of their bogus offers. is that 100 words yet? blah, blah, blah, blah, ....just waiting to hit 100 words....this has GOT to be 100 words.

This company is full of nothing but thieves. Bottom line.

Even when sending email to question where the product is, get the runaround, never an answer, all the time they have our money, and we have NOTHING!!! I'm fed up. Read the terms of service? These folks are downright sneaky.

And, what about infringing upon MY rights???

This company most certainly has done that, but apparently, it only works one way. I want answers, and I want to know why you take our money and give absolutely nothing in return?
