This is Hope and Change??

What's really sad is those of us that have worked their butts off for the last thirty or forty years and cannot live on Social Security while the over paid politicians continue to squander this money on their social experiments and we all know how well that's going! Many of our investments have not been worth the time or the money! Being disabled or unable to provide enough money to live comfortable every month is tragic and unecessary. We paid the money into Social Security and our employers matched our contributions dollar for dollar our entire work time and the baby boomers; the largest segment ever of folks paying in are expecting their earned return but it simply isn't enough and in the last four years the COLA has not covered the true increase in additional costs from everything from prescribed medication to a pound of bacon. If there isn't enough money today there will never be enough money EVER!! It's all so disturbing and disgusting when you think about it for a! A revolt is necessary and the people should unite and get it done. Look at it like this: There are some 10 to 12 percent of our population that claim to be *** and that's a relative small percentge of the population of over 300 million and today men are marrying men and women marrying women something unheard of in my years and yet if enough *** is raised then it simply gets done, right or wrong regardless of your opinion on the matter! The squeaky wheel gets th eoil for sure! The point is complacency is burrying us slowly and it is past time to start changing the entire broken system it back to its original intention for old age security. We are not supposed to live from day to day and worry when the next shoe will fall! We are suppposed to be enjoying what was called the "golden Years" *** that has turned into the "rusting years". The Black Opps strategy for Militaty Contracts is ascam

I passed up on the $1500 to participate in the presentation and found the government website on my own. Its www.defense.gov/contracts/ I found 6 of the contracts mentioned in the e-mail and none came anywhere near what was claimed. The largest gain for any of them was 37% The Boeing Co. purchased on 12/12/14 and sold on 02/20/15. This is a far cry from the 8,225% claimed in the e-mail. The contract amount was $67,812,302. On 06/10/15, Genaral Dynamics contract for $225,599,037 made only 2% gains on this date. Not the 200% stated on the e-mail. The Boeing Co. contract on 06/03/15 for $466,500,000 made on a 0.02% gain on this date, not the 400% gain stated in the e-mail.

Please note that your post is absolutely false. Byron King's Military Tech alert is one of our best performing subscription currently 19 out of 25 recommendations have gains ( 8/11/2015). Based on your post you must have been looking at the stock price when we were clearly looking at the option price.

Agora Financial trickery

I’m glad I found this website. I also feel like a victim of these unusual marketing tactics. After signing up for a Jim Rickards newsletter, I read all the issues and followed along investing in the recommendations. Later, I realized that six of the positions were not listed in the portfolio (only in the corresponding issue). After contacting customer service, they told me the recommendations I asked about were not “official” recommendations and would not be tracked as such. Even though these positions were specifically discussed (with a buy price) and released as a recommendation within the newsletter, they are not official recommendations? I didn’t realize you could pay for an investment newsletter that sends you “unofficial” recommendations that don’t get tracked or reevaluated. All six positions are negative double digits. This is very misleading, buyers beware.

Seems convincing but they repeat the same messages, gold, end of ....blah.

I n the end I was not convinced enough to join up.I did use moneyweeks Bland newsletters and made some bad losses.Have now recovered most of my losses and learned the hard way.

There is no magical method and it is risky to invest in stock.End of

I have lost buckets of cash following an ex CIA supposed self proclaimed market timing guru that has sunk my boat. Thinking I would be able to ride the markets through the storms, he can not more navigate these waters than a coin toss in the air, I am down in the thousands. I stopped listening to all his hyped up for mongering a few months now and I am still trying to dump the losing option PUTS watching them fade into nothing...

Here we are on a webpage that presents nothing but scathing reports of Agora's ongoing cons, and Agora's "Director of Customer Service" chimes in with a bunch of claims that the other writer have denied, and then throws in a sales pitch. Agora is independent from its ever-changing cast of "analysts," who are typically ex brokers looking for their next gig.

They might as well read the back of Popular Mechanics to get their ideas; the don't look into the financial situations or the product schedules of the companies they pick; and they don't have position-exit rules. Agora isn't in the business of financial advice, they provide a framework for individuals who write stuff that looks like financial advice. Saying, "You could make $$$" is hardly sophisticated analysis.

Then the company reconfigures itself, swapping people between corporate partners, (e.g. Bill Bonner the founder has left to start a new outfit), so that Agora no longer has to has to honor Bill's obligations because he's "no longer with the company." It's really a pretty slick scam.

True that Agora's customer service is BAD, but that's a GOOD thing, because Agora's stock picks, taken as a whole, loose lots of money. Their analysts recommend something new each month, won't admit they're wrong until a stock as gone down, 70%, 80%, 90%.

It doesn't sell more newsletters when they say, "I recommended XYY last month, but it has gone down 20%." If these guys knew how to invest profitably, they would, instead writing newsletters. AVOID.

Canceled a week ago and have not received my refund yet. Said it was my bank. That was not true. I told them today that they are committing federal crimes. Told them they have until the end of the week-7/10. They need to look at the crimes the Feds and SEC will nail them for! Sorry a bunch on here were nailed by the same idiots! Could not even hardly read what I was sent. To much goobly ***. Then they want you to hire a brokerage from the list they sent. Yeah right! More money to spend. I told them forget and cxl the subscription and refund the money.

Scam artists at work.

I subscribed to Penny Stocks for a one time initial offer using a limited debit card: I was charged $79.00. The package I received was nothing but a lot of advertising for thousand dollar expensive newsletters, emails too were all long and worthless. I did not subscribe to anything else, but kept getting more emails for other offers. I put them all to junk mail and thought I was finished. It was a scam but I had not agreed to an automatic charge for anything, and my debit card was empty. They found my credit card number which I never gave them and started charging that monthly. Watch out for this company .

Agora Financial's untrue Social Security safety promises

Not only is Agora's information on the CPP incorrect, but the claim that you can collect CPP and not lose some part of your US Social Security is also a large risky lie. As those who have worked in Canada as well as the US can testify.... The US Social Security will attempt to claim your foreign income is a 'windfall' and you will have an extended battle to prove that your US Social Security payments would have been larger than the combined SS and CPP if you'd had that job offer in the US instead of Canada..... Major headache, administrative judge, multiple social security agents, maybe even contacting your Senator's constituent services, like I did, lots of calculating on your part....... eventually they gave the money back that they had arbitrarily removed from my SocSec checks... Agora is a totally likely a false deal and likely will move once someone reports them to the FTC.... not that the FTC will do much other than chase them, so they need a new identity and location......... Happens in false promises of regulatory oversight a lot.......... like they did in the old want-ads for payphone investors wanting a small business in service and electronics, clean stuff... you'd see new ads, same deals, and FTC could care less........ ttyl

The SSA in the Great lakes region simply changed the amount that I was being paid, including some one time amount they said was from the period during which they had not discovered the start of my Canadian Pension Payment..... the amount was just not there...

it was a lengthy arguing battle, that included confirmation of my calculation by the SSA actuary and then contacting my Senator, but the real action rectifying the deduction-robbery was a matter of luck because I eventually found a local agent who genuinely cared about getting things 'right' and knew her stuff, compounded by an Administrative Judge looking at the quality of the Great Lakes trashy robbery argument compared to the quality confirmation of my claims by the local agent.....

the judge told great lakes to redo their own figuring and they gave up.......

Ordered the information for Canadian SSI but could not access the site

After I paid my fee and went to the website, they asked for my password, which I missunderstood as something else. The site went away and I had no way of vontacting them to get this resolved. Therefore, I contacted my CC company and cancelled the order. They do not seem to be on the up and up. The other reviews mirror my thoughts as well!! I had to listen to their long presentation before getting to the meat of the issue (45-60 minutes) and as I was interrupted once I had to restart the process. What a bummer! Thiw does not seem ligitimate to work this way.

They Should Be Hung

A rotten apple core all the way though. Good that real people voiced objections on this site-that I found by Google. I am sure that the positive posts are by paid 'actors". The good thing is that I have seen other companies use this exact same tactic and moronic video style- to lie, lure and cheat. Don't even let them sniff your Credit Card! Also whenever you get a prolonged telephone or video pitch-be suspect. The length is just to -- wear you down. Even a form of rogue hypnotism. Bring down your defenses.
